Schedule in Advance

All therapy services are provided by qualified professionals based on assessment results and individualized treatment plans.

Appointments and Cancellations Policy

Schedule in Advance

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are requested to arrive on time for sessions.

24-Hour Notice

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide prior notice may result in the session being charged.

Missed Sessions

Repeated missed sessions may lead to discontinuation of services.

Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed therapy plan.

• Payment is required before or on the day of the session unless otherwise discussed.

• Therapy packages, if applicable, must be used within the specified validity period.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at management discretion.

• Refunds, if approved, may take 7–14 working days to process.
